Thirty-seven (37) students from Kindergarten to Grade 4 classes lunch in Panglima Misuari Primary School today. Their respective parents/guardians sincerely gave P 8.00/child counterpart in partnership with Asia America Initiative led by Prof. Albert M. Santoli. It is expected that Panglima Misuari PS serves lunch to the students for four times because their parents/guardians remitted P 32.00. The total cost of menu for School Mass Feeding Program is P 16.00 prescribed by ISD Coordinator on Health and Nutrition, Hja. Shar-Husna C. Salim. Every feeding day, the menu changes. Teachers like Hja. Madelyn H. Abdurasad, Derhana S. Abduhari, Mirhamar A. Ibbuhan and Jarna M. Ujaji strictly advise the parents to follow the prescribed menu.
Today's menu (February 27, 2017) is pancit with chicken, assorted vegetables and rice.
The parents/guardians serve as cook of SMFP every week. In same manner, they are also in-charge of serving the lunch of the learners so that teachers and students may focus on teaching-learning activities during feeding day. Attracting children's interest in school is the main target of the SMFP.
